Farzi Cafe, Connaught Place

F............FARZI Dim lit Bar Side FARZI. The name was enough to catch my attention. The café was dim lit and quite huge. The music was pleasant enough to make sure you have a good time. The seating were comfortable. They also had a projector with big screen to catch up with some live action.   Seating   Projector Screen   FOOD  Italian Smooch was a mix of sprite, soda, lemon and what not. Had a tangy flavor to it. Just average. Italian Smooch   Farzi OK tasted like orange juice with soda in it. Didn't like it that much. Farzi Drink   Jackfruit Cigar rolls were served with Mayonnaise. Boombox Brewstreet, Sector-29, Gurgaon

Boom-Boom-Boombox! BOOM!    First Glance! After visiting quite a few cafes in Sector-29 it's hard to find something different from the lot. This is also a similar brewery with pretty décor and pleasant ambience. The area is not that huge but decent enough to cater 50 odd people. The Café is right below Feel Alive Drinks Section! Seating with Projector! Too much Small talk. Let's check how the food was - DRINKS: Drinks Time! Two Shades Shake - Shades of chocolate and vanilla ice cream. Tasted like an ordinary shake. Sweet Child of Mine - Fruits blended together. Didn't like it! Virgin Mojito - Refreshing one! Full Loaded Shake - Couldn't spot any difference between two shades and this one. Tasted very similar! The One with the Hitchhike!

Hitchhiking our way to the Trek! SUNSET! HITCHHIKE! How many times has it happened that you were traveling somewhere and you hitchhiked to reach your destination. Well, this was my first experience, and it was purely unintentional. It was the occasion of "Holi" - The Festival of Colors and we planned on doing a trek since it was a long weekend. We didn't do much research about our way and surprises were waiting to welcome us.   DEHRADUN   I started my journey from Lucknow and rest of the gang from Delhi and our meet up point was Dehradun. After catching up at Dehradun we got to know that no buses were running because of the Festival. Thankfully, shared taxi were and we reached Mussoorie. Now our next Destination was Pantwari - the starting point of the Trek.  Total Distance - 56 km, Easy peezy right?
