The Pretty Junkyard!




This place was always on my mind but never got a chance to visit it. Now I'm glad that I did. The unique thing about this place is that all the décor is shaped as junk and the MJ wall art is just amazing. The interior look like it has been made out of junk and it looks pretty.
 
 

 
You can expect chairs made out of barrels and cycle rims hung on the wall. The creativity used is very appealing to the eye. The café is quite huge, so finding a table won't be difficult for you.
 

 
FOOD
 
  • Hazelnut & Butterscotch Shake - The shake was an ordinary Butterscotch shake with no signs of Hazelnut in it. Just average!

  • Minto Plus - It was a regular Watermelon drink with a hint of mint in it. Above average.

  • Dahi ke Kebab - Kebabs were very soft and tasted quite good. It hit the right spot between sour and sweet. Yum!

  • Four Cheese Spring Roll - It was one of a kind. Made with cheese, cheddar, parmesan, mozzarella and presented with salsa. It was crispy and tasty!

  • Baby Corn Pepper Sauce - It was very crisp. Small and big pieces of corn fried together and well cooked. Tasty!

  • Peri Peri Chicken Butterfly - It was a letdown. Served with mashed potatoes (I don't know why). The chicken wasn't properly cooked and tasted very raw. Avoid it!

  • Chicken Schezwan Dimsums - Served with a variety of sauces, dim sums were soft on the outside but the chicken inside was hard to swallow. Not worth trying!

Dessert 
  • Walnut Epic Brownie - It was served with Vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup on top. It was very soft. Totally loved the presentation as well.

The Service was great. Dishes were served on time and the staff was very polite.

 
 
Overall
 
If you're bored of the outlets in City walk Mall, then this is one good option to try. Good food. Pleasant Ambience. What more do you need?

The Weekend Wine & More, Noida

  Weekend or not, Date is Sorted! Are you a fan of luxurious interiors, perfect lighting and fine dining? Then you can continue reading this blog. If not, still give it a read and let me know if you were convinced later. Garden Galleria Mall is loaded with Clubs, lounge, Microbreweries, restaurants and what not. But the highlight for this outlet is their visually appealing interiors and the fine dining touch is top notch.  The place is so huge that it will take you a couple of minutes to select where you want to sit (too many options to choose from). The music and live DJ complemented it as well. They have super cozy seating in one corner for your date and long sofas and comfortable chairs for partying with friends or family. Welcome to the Frenzone!

FRENZONE (IT'S A TRAP) FrenZoneD! Another café setup just at the start of the famous "Satya Niketan" lane. The name of the outlet can repel you but the ambience wouldn't. It's a small café which can cater to around 30-35 people at a time. A well lit place with paintings on the right side and beautiful design on the left. They also have a projector screen for your entertainment while you are waiting for your friends (I did).  DRINKS We started it off with Shakes and Mock tails: Red Velvet Cake Shake - Thick Shake with Red velvet crumbs coming in your mouth. A delight for Red Velvet lovers. Red Velvet Virgin Mojito - Very few manage to mess this basic drink. Thankfully, they didn't. The taste was strong with fresh leaves and lemon on the top. Mr. Virgin Mojito!
