Local Noida

Lo-kal chale ya parso?

Summers are here, and we are all set to review yet another cool outlet in Noida. If you have been to GIP, DLF Mall, WOW, then this may not be a new place for you to explore. After you have entered Garden Galleria Mall parking then you can easily spot Local in front of you. One big advantage is the big parking, and the placement of the outlet. We have a lot of good food options to try here, but this one sets apart in its own unique way.

The property is huge in space and covers all kind of gatherings you can plan with friends, family, colleagues, or even a Date. The bar is in the center of the space and the seating is spread across ground and first floor. The ambience is very picturesque and lighting is visually appealing. I went in the day but you can expect a visually lit view in the evening. The service is good and the waiting time is not that high. Also, the staff is very cordial and helpful in picking the right dishes.

Now that you have got a hang of the place, let us start exploring the drinks and food section -

Drinks - If you're a shakes fan like me, then you'll be disappointed. Mocktails are also very limited and quite average in taste.

Peach & Orange Ice Tea - A citrus cooler to start with on a sunny day was a good choice.

Vanilla Cold Coffee - Although it looked appealing, but taste was more like a regular cold coffee.

Khatta Pudhina - Trying all the cool drinks in the menu, but nothing extraordinary. Just a regular one.

Aam Panna -  Now this one was refreshing indeed. The tangy aam panna flavor was tasty enough to compensate for the previous drinks.

Starters

Smoky Chipotle Chicken Burger - Black buns loaded with double chicken tikki and chipotle sauce. Served along with fries and veggies. Absolutely delicious!!

Bhatti Chicken Tangri - This was a delight. Hot finger licking tangri chicken with onions and mint sauce.

Penne Pasta - Had ordered a Mix sauce penne pasta. It was undercooked and tasted very bland. Garlic bread was also not properly toasted. You can skip this one.

Amritsari Chicken Tikka - Headed back to chicken after the pasta. Cooked well with Amritsari spicy tadka. Loved it!

After having a good time with all the starters, we were full enough and decided to skip the mains and head straight towards the dessert section -

Brownie - Brownie is love. And when it's loaded with caramel and vanilla ice cream, then how can you wait to enjoy it? Brownie was very soft and finished within seconds.

Overall -

If you want to hangout with friends and enjoy a picture perfect ambience with some delicious food then this is a good option worth exploring.

Food - 4/5

Service - 5/5
