TIME MACHINE!

Time to Travel Back with this Time Machine!

I was invited for a tasting session before the launch of this beauty - Time Machine, The Time Traveller's Pub in Noida. This has officially been launched on 15th November. Before we get to the food, let me adore the beauty of the ambience.

• AMBIENCE

It feels like you have entered a movie scene the minute you step in to the place. A royal look spread all over the place. With the bar right next to the entrance, it is one of the biggest pubs that exist in Noida till date. If you start walking on your right then you'll notice a separate area that can be used for private parties. In the front, they also offer an outdoor seating that is too pretty to ignore. The seating arrangement is so beautifully arranged giving you all the space you need.

Talking about the Décor now, a big heads up for the creativity. I was in awe when I first looked at the Décor of this place. It is so beautiful that you don't want to get back to Reality. A big Time machine waiting to take you on a ride to the Victorian Era with Scientists, Clocks, Ships and Quotes on the wall. There is a also a Big Clock working on the entrance wall. This is one of its kind.

• FOOD

The Menu was also dipped in the Time Machine flavor :

• Roasted Quinea Salad - Salad topped with lettuce, pomegranate and walnuts. This is the healthiest thing you'll ever eat. Personally, not a fan of this much healthy stuff.

• Paneer Tikka - The good old Soft paneer served with onions and tomato.

• Time Capsuled Mix Veg Dimsums - The Dimsums were so light and yet so yummy. Filled with veggies and served with the spicy sauce.

• Hot Tofu Wok - Hakka noodles served with tofu and pepper in spicy volcano sauce. The noodles were thin and so tasty. Volcano sauce? Not so much.

• Future Fusion - Grilled Soya with creamy tomato, Pita bread and homemade pickles. If you want to try something new, then try this dish. This was scrumptious. Enough Said!

• Farmwala Pizza - Thin Crust Pizza prepared with Farm fresh vegetables with extra cheese. MUST TRY!

• DESSERT

Time to finish the meal with some Desserts -

• Blueberry Cheese cake - Not a fan of Cheese cakes, but this one tasted quite good.

• Brownie with Ice cream - My favorite! Brownie was soft and complemented well with ice cream.

• OVERALL

This is definitely the talk of the town. No wonder why! The beautiful Décor, rocking music, huge seating space and delicious food. Still not convinced to go? I don't know what will then.
