Satya niketan is the place to be, if you want to overload your stomach at very affordable prices. The cafe has been there for a long time in this highly competitive place. It's a favorite among the college students. When you get to choose from 20+ cafes filled with variety of food, then who doesn't want to try it again and again? ;)

  • AMBIENCE
The owner did justice to the name when he/she beautifully designed the interiors of the place. The cafe is filled with posters of Musicians and travel so inspiring that it makes you want to get out of your bed and start exploring. The ceiling has a huge piano to inspire you more. And when you're done being inspired, then you are surprised by some beautiful art and crafts. And and and, they also play amazing music which makes you never want to leave the place. If it still doesn't interest you, then they have novels just for your "ME" time. The Cafe makes you realize that you're always young, wild and free to fulfill your dreams.

Starting with the drinks, we ordered :
  • Double Chocolate Brownie Shake: This Shake is unbeatable. Huge Quantity, so thick that you feel the delicious Brownie crumbs while sipping and so yummy. Can't get enough of it ever. 
  • Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake: The shake was thick,  so loaded with peanut butter that you can feel your mouth filled with peanuts in the first sip itself and it takes you a minute to take the next sip. A must for Peanut butter lovers!
  • Virgin Pinacolada: There's not much that can go wrong in this one. Well made and executed.
  • Litchi Mojito: The Mojito is much better than the Virgin Mojito, all thanks to the Litchi flavor mixed with mint and lemon. Loved it!
Bottom's Up!
  After some amazing drinks it was time to get some food in our stomach, so we ordered : 
  • Chinese Bhel: A different kind of bhel filled with onion, chilli, desi and chinese mixture beautifully placed on lettuce. 
  • Baked Nachos: Nachos were layered with cheese and decorated with cream on the top and it tasted cheesy-licious. Yum!
  • Fries: Thick fries with mayonnaise on the top and dips to accompany it. The fries were so soft, crispy and yummy that i could have had the whole plate myself (Sadly, i didn't).
  • Young Wild Free Pasta: The Penne Pasta is their specialty, because of the sauce. The sauce gives you an indian tangy flavor that makes you want it more.
  • Grilled Cottage Cheese Steak: It looked irresistible and it did justice to its looks. The paneer was decorated with onion, capsicum, carrots and cucumber, all mixed in a little gravy. 
  • Paneer Tikka Pizza: The pizza was dressed with paneer, onion, capsicum and cheese. It was finished within 2 minutes. You can guess how the taste was. ;)
  • Mexican Pizza: A good competition to paneer tikka pizza, filled with corn, capsicum, onion, chilli and layer of cheese. A little on the spicy side.

  Weekend or not, Date is Sorted! Are you a fan of luxurious interiors, perfect lighting and fine dining? Then you can continue reading this blog. If not, still give it a read and let me know if you were convinced later. Garden Galleria Mall is loaded with Clubs, lounge, Microbreweries, restaurants and what not. But the highlight for this outlet is their visually appealing interiors and the fine dining touch is top notch.  The place is so huge that it will take you a couple of minutes to select where you want to sit (too many options to choose from). The music and live DJ complemented it as well. They have super cozy seating in one corner for your date and long sofas and comfortable chairs for partying with friends or family. Welcome to the Frenzone!

FRENZONE (IT'S A TRAP) FrenZoneD! Another café setup just at the start of the famous "Satya Niketan" lane. The name of the outlet can repel you but the ambience wouldn't. It's a small café which can cater to around 30-35 people at a time. A well lit place with paintings on the right side and beautiful design on the left. They also have a projector screen for your entertainment while you are waiting for your friends (I did).  DRINKS We started it off with Shakes and Mock tails: Red Velvet Cake Shake - Thick Shake with Red velvet crumbs coming in your mouth. A delight for Red Velvet lovers.
