Echoes - The name catches your attention very easily. Perfectly placed in the lanes of Satya Niketan. The place is always crowded with youngsters. It's a small café but visually appealing. What sets them apart from others is their Service staff. They are deaf and mute and you get a small slip to place your order. Each table has a bell to ring and different cue cards like Bring water, Bill etc as per your requirement.   




The interiors gives you a feeling that you have entered a classroom; medals, blackboard, a-b-c-d. I loved their interiors and the ambience of the place.
 

 
 
 
FOOD
  • Choco Death Shake - Crushed brownie and kit-kat on top. Thick and creamy. Just the way I like it.
 
  • Peach Ice Tea - Didn't like the taste of it.
 
  • Green Apple Lemonade - Too much syrup added to it. Didn't like it either.
 
  • Fiery Chicken - This was one dish! The gravy was delicious and the chicken was nicely prepared.
 
  • Amsterdam Fries - Crispy fries and Onion rings dressed with mayonnaise and mint mayo. Loved it!
 
  • Drums of Heaven - Very Crispy and tasty! The gravy was also delicious.
 
  • Veg Tandoori Momos - Very filling and light at the same time. Yummy!
 
  • Heart Attack Burger - Chicken burger overloaded with Cheese. One huge burger it was! But tasted good!
 
  • Jerry Choco Bar Sundae - I won't call this a Sundae. It just had chocolate and ice cream mixed. That's it. Was expecting a little bit of more variety in it.
 
 
OVERALL
 
Different Concept. Great Food. Pleasant Ambience. Good Service. That's all you need right?

The Phi Phi Way!

 Straight from the Mountains to Phi Phi.  Phi Phi! Planning a trip takes a lot of time, right? Hotels. Flights. Leaves from office. (Most Important one) Itinerary. Too much to Do! So, in the spirit of the moment, we just booked the Flight tickets randomly. And that’s how the First International Trip was planned! Arrival at the Airport! After 4 hours of flying and 2 hours in the Visa-on arrival line, we entered the Bangkok City. It was like a breath of fresh air! And the scene outside the airport was similar to a Fast and Furious scene. The taxi stand filled with Pink, Orange, Green and Yellow taxis, all waiting to block the road and start drifting. TIME MACHINE!

Time to Travel Back with this Time Machine! I was invited for a tasting session before the launch of this beauty - Time Machine, The Time Traveller's Pub in Noida. This has officially been launched on 15th November.  Before we get to the food, let me adore the beauty of the ambience. AMBIENCE It feels like you have entered a movie scene the minute you step in to the place. A royal look spread all over the place. With the bar right next to the entrance, it is one of the biggest pubs that exist in Noida till date. If you start walking on your right then you'll notice a separate area that can be used for private parties. In the front, they also offer an outdoor seating that is too pretty to ignore. The seating arrangement is so beautifully arranged giving you all the space you need.
